Keynote Speaker: Brian Page
Mr. Page is a national leader in financial education. He has been celebrated by Money Magazine and CNN as a “Money Hero” and recognized as a National Educator of the Year by the Milken Foundation and the Ohio Department of Education.
He also has served as a Working Group Member of the US President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability.
You will be hard pressed to find a more passionate individual about financial literacy education than Brian. Not only is he a national advocate for the cause; he is also on the front lines every day as a classroom teacher at Reading Community School District in Reading, Ohio.
You will gain great insight as Mr. Page shares best practices and wisdom he has learned and executed over the years.
National Jump$tart Educator Conference
It has been a tradition for Iowa Jump$tart to sponsor teachers to attend the National Jump$tart Educator Conference. If you are a K-12 educator, please consider attending the Iowa conference and applying to win a sponsorship to the national conference in November. You must register for the Iowa conference, fill out the scholarship application, and be present when winners are announced at the end of the Iowa conference on June 14.
